Kyle Zabelny brings more than 12 years of experience in marketing, communications and public relations in the Las Vegas region to his role as marketing manager at the Rob Jensen Company.
Kyle’s primary focus is to leverage his considerable knowledge of local real estate marketing trends to continually increase brand positioning and drive business results. He has daily oversight of the RJC website, video channel, social media, and thought leadership content contained in RJC media and print.
Kyle’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive, technological acumen, and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach as well as his personal achievements and is presently developing an online platform that will allow people to learn about, connect with, and donate to the charities that are important to them.
When not working on behalf of our clients and the social causes close to his heart, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, son and newborn daughter.
The Rob Jensen Company understands that when it comes time to begin the contract phase of buying or selling a home, clients want to feel secure knowing that the person managing the transaction is both experienced and highly knowledgeable. Kathy, with her more than 20 years of leadership experience in the Las Vegas Luxury Real Estate market, is an essential asset to the Rob Jensen team as the Contracts Manager. She has completed over 5,000 total transactions to date, making her an expert in the field.
She enjoys working closely with clients, guiding them through the transaction process. Through effective communication and time management skills, she is able to consistently close transactions ahead of schedule.
Outside of work, Kathy has a great love of the outdoors and hikes, camps, and fishes whenever she can. She enjoys exploring new places and documenting her travels through photography. Next stop, viewing the Northern Lights in person.
She makes it a daily habit to work hard for clients and to “find and photograph something beautiful each day.”
Adrianne works exclusively with our buyer clients. She’s known for her easy-going demeanor, making others feel instantly relaxed and comfortable with the home buying process. She also routinely speaks with potential home sellers in our luxury home communities and is usually the first to know when a new property comes on the market.
Adrianne is a 10-year Las Vegas veteran originally from Cleveland, Ohio. A lifelong sports fan, she continues to follow the Cleveland area sports teams, including the Cleveland Browns. Now that’s loyalty!
Outside of her real estate career, Adrianne enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and her beautiful three-year-old daughter.

Autumn, known for her strong work ethic and caring demeanor, joins the team as a buyer specialist who is completely dedicated to helping her clients find the perfect home. Autumn brings a unique perspective to the Rob Jensen Company with her prior experience in real estate and having been raised by a family of Realtors who have taught her how to best serve her clients.
As a longtime resident of Las Vegas, Autumn knows the city well and uses her insider knowledge to assist clients. She is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic, traits that have steered her on the path to excellence in real estate.
On days off, Autumn delights in spending time with family and friends, going to the movies, and dining out. She is passionate about helping animals and in her spare time, volunteers with dog rescue groups. She also enjoys taking yoga classes.
When asked what she enjoys most about her real estate career, Autumn said, “I enjoy helping people and knowing that I made a difference.”

With a keen eye for detail, Andy Gorman uses his creative and technical writing skills to share what makes each home unique. This allows clients to not only envision a home, but to imagine what it’s like to live there.
While earning a Bachelor of Arts in English from UNLV, Andy has dedicated the last several years of his life to the written word. He has written for multiple Las Vegas publications, including DTLV.com, Life is Beautiful, and Vegas Seven Magazine. As a freelancer, he has worked on a diverse set of projects—from product descriptions to personal biographies.
Andy is not so much a human as he is a machine that turns coffee into words. He is constantly looking for ways to increase the quantity and quality of his writing. To keep his mind sharp and his vocabulary strong, he reads at least one book every week. A self-proclaimed minimalist, Andy has an appreciation for simplicity and beauty in all things.
When Andy isn’t writing copy for the Rob Jensen Company, he spends his time traveling with his fiancé, working on a saga of science fiction novels, or finding other creative projects to get involved with.

To earn and hold buyer’s attention, Max Fox supplies the Rob Jensen Company with content that pushes informational and entertainment value to the maximum: property tours, aerial views, interviews, and more.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Film/TV Production and two years of freelance videography experience, Max maintains a high standard of excellence in his technical and creative skills. He understands how each visual and auditory moment in a video affects the target audience, making a measurable impact on the buying and selling process.
In his free time, Max shows just as much passion. When he’s not cherishing time with his friends and family, he’s likely planning his next hiking adventure. Locations on his bucket list include Mount Huashan, Kokoda Trail, and Jotunheimen National Park.
Max’s love for creativity, his ability to collaborate, and his desire to entertain has spanned a lifetime: “I started making videos at the age of 11, enlisting my best friends as crew members and making little comedy movies starring my dog.”
Monica is an eleven year veteran of Las Vegas and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and English Literature. She specializes in working with buyer clients for properties located in our 43 guard gated and select gated communities.
Monica offers an international flair to the Rob Jensen Company. She was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico and is multi-lingual including being fluent in English, Spanish, and Turkish. A wine enthusiast, she has also earned an intermediate Sommelier certification. Salute!
In her rare spare time Monica enjoys international travel, reading, cooking, and especially spending time with her daughter.

She seeks to appeal to a buyer’s five senses when showcasing homes for resale. Her creative efforts have played a significant role in getting our clients’ homes staged and sold for the highest price.
Saundra entered the design world over 30 years ago when she opened her design studio. She is also a published author who enjoys writing, painting, and giving back to the community.
Designing and staging homes is Saundra’s passion in life. She says, “I have an artistic flair that is like an itch that has to be scratched. The gratification I get from creating a functional and beautiful design concept is worth all of the hard work.”
